Yes — you can swim at Kravice Waterfalls in the warmer months. The falls tumble into a wide natural pool that's open for swimming, and on a hot summer day it's one of the highlights of the whole trip.

When can you swim?

Swimming is best from roughly late spring through early autumn (around May to September), when the air is warm enough to enjoy it. The water is spring-fed and stays cool even in peak summer — refreshing rather than warm, which is exactly what you want after the drive.

What to bring

  • Swimwear (wear it under your clothes to save changing time)
  • A towel and a change of clothes
  • Water shoes if you dislike pebbly entries
  • Sunscreen and water — it gets hot at the falls in summer

What to expect on the day

From the entrance it's a short walk (and some steps) down to the falls. There's space to leave your things near the water, a few seasonal refreshment stalls, and around 1.5 hours of free time on our tour — enough to walk down, swim and dry off. Outside the swimming season the falls are still spectacular to see and photograph.

The Kravice entrance ticket is not included in tour prices, and swimming is at your own risk — there are no lifeguards. Conditions vary with the season and water level.
